Saturday Session - 7:30 to 8:45am (every week)- Little Bay Cottage Hall

Take the time to check in with your breath and body with this 75min grounding practice. Warm up into a strong, unhurried flow. Strengthen your body and increase your flexibility, then cool down with some longer deeper holds, and settle into an extended savasana. 


This is a mixed level class; Yogi's of all levels are encouraged to join. Props are available for you to use. Suitable for ages 15 and beyond. 11 to 14yo can attend with parent so long as they can focus on their own practice and not distract parent from their practice.


$25 drop in - $100 5 class pass

Jo Day has me covered at Little Bay - Saturday 6th June, 2026

Fresh back from a self-prescribed time out to nourish herself. It is important that we take the time to practice what we preach!


Jo will move you and ground you through a well-balanced vinyasa Yoga session. With her life and practice seated within the Buddhist tradition, Jo shares her thoughts and wisdom through her teaching.


One of Jo's favourite things to do is to host Yoga retreats. I provide massage services at her retreats.


Her 'Reset & Rise Yoga Retreat' is coming up in November, 2026.

Amy is your guide at Little Bay - Saturday 13th June, 2026

Returning to the front of class, to guide you through a morning vinyasa yoga practice to awaken your senses and welcome in surya (sun) energy! A dynamic practice with the support of props to let the ground rise up to meet you where you are. 


We completed our Yoga Teacher Training together. Amy established this class in Little Bay, her local community. She has entrusted the running and teaching to me while focusing on her new career as a social worker but will be popping up to cover me when it suits.


An absolute bonus for me is that I get to spend more time with Amy and her family, as well as teach in Little Bay's Cottage Hall. Happy Days!!

Virtual Yoga - "Start Standing" 6:15 to 7:00am Tuesday & Thursday

Zoom in for "Start Standing", a 45minute virtual Yoga session every Tuesday and Thursday morning.


A 6:15 start so there's no need for an alarm that starts with a 5 (it's psychological). The session ends bang on 7:00am, you are feeling good and ready embrace the day ahead whatever that looks like for you.


We "Start Standing" with some gentle movements to awaken the body, flow intentionally with breath and movement, then come to the floor for some deeper and longer holds, a short savasana and off you go having already done something beneficial for YOU. It's a good feeling!

Restorative Yoga & Soup at Alexandria - Sun 31 May 3:00 to 5:00pm

Welcome in Winter with a 2-hour Restorative Yoga session, at my Alexandria studio. The ideal location for this event, it's intimate, warm and cosy. All props needed to support you throughout the practice are provided. Suitable for everyone.


Restorative Yoga provides an opportunity to heal and allows your body to find balance via the Parasympathetic Nervous System. When supported with props your body relaxes and opens.


Stay for some nourishing home-made soup after class to warm you up from the inside.

Flying Dragon at Little Bay - Sunday 26th July 2026 - 10:30 to 12:30am

Bring your imagination to this 2-hour masterclass. Warm up into a dynamic repetitive flow, stretch deeply and rest heavily within this beautiful sequence which includes a mix of Yang and Yin style Yoga postures. It is transformative!


Using your imagination can be a powerful tool for life transformation! Imagination always precedes transformation.  This is an opportunity for you to embody your dragon, bringing in qualities such as strength, prosperity, and wisdom. Dragons are mythical and magical creatures, often appearing with wings suggesting the ability to take a higher perspective; to see clearly; to see the big picture.


$60 for this 2-hour journey into the realms of your mind and body.


Farewell Winter at Diamond Beach, NSW - August, 2026

“Winter’s end is a time of quiet transformation—one last pause before the renewal of spring.”


This is an invitation for you to gather your favourite people together and take pause with me at Diamond Beach on NSW mid-north coast, between Forster and Taree. July & August are open for you to select specific dates that suit your group.


An exclusive 2 or 3-day Yoga retreat for your group of 3 to 5 people. You will be welcomed with warmth and snacks into this modern coastal home. The schedule includes morning and afternoon Yoga sessions, and an abundance of nourishing food to support you through the seasonal shift from winter to spring. 


Quality free time to connect or disconnect fills the rest of your time.

Jo is passionate about sharing the wisdoms of Yoga in a practical relatable way so you can integrate them into your daily life. The retreat environment accelerates this integration. You offer your time to be nourished and immersed, and Jo holds space beautifully.

Small Group or 1on1 - Asana Confidence Training

Asana is the physical posture practice in yoga. The Sanskrit word literally translates to “seat” or “posture." 


Stepping into a Yoga studio can be a bit scary and overwhelming, or just doesn't suit everyone. I'm offering up 1 on 1 or small group sessions to deliver guided face-to-face classes to fit into schedules and help practitioners build the confidence to attend their local studio classes. The in-house classes are backed up with virtual sessions to build your consistent practice.


$250 1 on 1 - Includes 2 x 75min face to face and 4 x 45min virtual sessions (held over 1 month)

$100 per person - 3 to 6 people - Includes 2 x face to face and 4 x virtual sessions (held over 1 month)
