Saturday morning Yoga at Little Bay

7:30 to 8:45am Saturday (from 14/2/2026)

I feel greatly privileged to be taking on this Saturday morning session which has been lovingly established by my friend, Amy. I know that I have some big yogi footprints to fill and intend to do this with a continued focus on community and inclusivity. I'm not doing it alone tho, I have other amazing Yoga instructors who will be scheduled on a rotating roster with me. We all have life and Yogi history with Amy and Little Bays unique and beautiful Cottage Hall. It is a special place to teach and practice Yoga!
